The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption is dedicated to dramatically increasing the adoptions of the more than 150,000 children waiting in North America's foster care systems. The average foster child is 8 years old, and spends about five years in the foster care system. Without the stability and love of a permanent family, these five years can feel like a lifetime. It is the vision of the Foundation that every child will have a permanent home and a loving family. The Foundation sponsors a Wendy's Wonderful Kids adoption recruiter in Binghamton.
